Fall is in the air, and in my area that means the very short summer is coming to a close. Autumn is my absolute favorite time of year. I love the colors, the smells, and the crispness to the air. My focus tends to become internal during the long winter months. Where I live it rains a lot and I feel it is very cleansing for the soul.
